- Replace gossip and complaints with uplifting and action-based conversations
- Invent and sustain “The WOW! Zone” – a working and relational space from which “WOW! Experiences” emerge!
- Interact with others in more effective and honoring ways, allowing for excellence in customer service
- Utilize simple, on-the-job tools and practices that support the creation and sustaining of “A Culture of WOW!” – fostering on-going learning, innovation, and peak performance
- Continue their learning beyond the presentation by remaining active in The WOW! Movement
